Вручается выдающемуся деятелю российского оперного искусства, чей творческий путь и профессионализм стали примером служения опере.

Вручается работнику театра (гримеру, костюмеру билетеру, администратору и т.д.), чья жизнь связана с оперным театром, чье имя ассоциируется с оперой, без которого, в представлении артистов, образ театра был бы неполным.
